1. Booking & Payment: All bookings are subject to availability. Payments must be completed to confirm reservations.
    
2. Cancellation & Refund: Cancellations should be communicated in advance. Refund policies vary depending on booking type.
    
3. Check-in & Check-out: Standard check-in is from 12:00 PM and check-out by 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may incur additional charges, subject to availability.
    
4. Guest Conduct: Guests are expected to maintain decorum and follow the rules of the Bhavan. Any damage to property may incur additional charges.
    
5. Liability: Kadva Patel Samaj Gruh – Uma Atithi Gruh is not responsible for any loss or theft of personal belongings during your stay.
